Ingredients
For the Dip:
Hung Curd- 4 tsp
Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
Milk- 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 1 tsp
Salt- To taste
Other Ingredients:
Mushrooms- 250 g
Corn Flour- 2 tsp
Refined Flour (Maida)- 2 tsp
Freshly Ground Black Pepper- A pinch
Salt- To taste
Oil- For shallow frying
Method
For the Dip:
- Beat yoghurt until smooth.
- Add garlic paste, milk, and ketchup and mix well.
- Season with salt and set aside.
For the Crispy Mushrooms:
- Wash the mushrooms and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients, except bread crumbs in bowl.
- Add mushrooms and toss well.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, roll the mushrooms in bread crumbs, and shallow fry until golden brown from all sides.
- Serve hot with the dip.
