Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup dates (pitted)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast oats until they turn light brown and fragrant.
  2. Grind the roasted oats and mixed dry fruits into a coarse powder.
  3. In a food processor, blend the dates and honey until you get a sticky paste.
  4. Mix the dry fruit oats powder with the date paste and cardamom powder.
  5. Roll the mixture into small ladoos and allow them to set.
