Yoga For Blood Purification And Cleansing

Yoga can do wonders when it comes to blood purification and cleansing. The blood flow throughout the body ensures that every organ receives vital nutrients and oxygen to keep them healthy and function correctly.

The circulatory system comprises the heart, which pumps blood throughout the body through veins and arteries; in addition, smaller vessels known as capillaries transport blood from arteries to individual cells, delivering oxygen, nutrients, and essential chemicals to allow growth and regeneration. The red color of blood comes from its oxygen, which makes up about one-fifth of the human body’s total weight when pumped through the circulatory system.

Try these six poses to aid blood purification and cleanse the body of impurities and toxins accumulated in your bloodstream.
